Cathy Russell, art teacher by day, fitness instructor by night, artist always! Cathy took her first Zumba class in 2009 and began instructing in 2010. She currently teaches Zumba, Zumba Toning, Zumba Step, Piloxing, P90X, Insanity, Turbo Kick, Zumba Kids, Zumba Kids Jr., Zumbini, MixxedFit, Strong by Zumba, POUND, PiYo and RIPPED.
Cathy's Zumba classes are known for her LOVE of reggeaton and fast style of Zumba. When you take one of her classes expect to leave drenched and push yourself to the next level. Don't be scared you can take it at your level and build up to full intensity the more you attend. Either way you'll leave smiling and sweating!
